WashU Medicine CME has moved to a new CME database provider,

View and SIGN IN to the new CME site.

Here’s what you need to know:


WashU Employees: Sign in using your WashU Key and password.

External Users: Sign in or Sign up with your email and a password. If you already have an account with us, use the Forgot Password reminder to set a new password.

This system now offers 2 ways to record your attendance.

TEXTING

Step 1: ONE-TIME SET-UP – Pair your mobile phone with your CloudCME® account.

Text the email address from your Profile, to 833-300-0118 to opt-in to the text message attendance program. You will receive a text message that your phone number has been updated. This is a one-time operation. We highly recommend adding this number as a contact in your phone. 

Step 2: Obtain the Activity Code for the session you are attending

Step 3: Text that code to 833-300-0118. Credit will be recorded to your credit transcript.

Note: This must be done during the allowed time slot, which is typically 30 minutes before the start time and up to 60 minutes after the end time.

MOBILE APP

The CloudCME® mobile app provides quick access to most of the CloudCME® functions.

Our organization code is WashU.

You only need to download the app and log in once, and then you will be able to:

  • Claim credit for attendance
  • Update your profile
  • View your transcript and certificates
  • Complete course evaluation forms

Previously earned credits from WashU

All credits earned since July 1, 2021, have been brought over to your profile in the new database. If you are missing credits, please reach out to CME. Older credits will be retained by CME should you need credits to satisfy the 6-year retention per the AMA.
