Conference Locations
Seminar locations vary. Most CME seminars are held in the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC), Washington University Medical Center, 320 S. Euclid Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110. Map and parking information are included with your registration acknowledgment. If you have not received an acknowledgment within two weeks of your registration submission, please call the CME office at (800) 325-9862 or (314) 362-6891. Cancellation Policy
The registration fee, less an administrative charge, is refundable for most activities. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing no less than one week prior to seminar date.

Transportation
Taxis from the airport are approximately $40.
Uber and Lyft are also available.
Metrolink Light Rail Service connecting airport to downtown. An exit is located on the medical center, one half block from the Eric P. Newman Education Center. www.metrostlouis.org
