Objectives: The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge/competence, and upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
  • Describe the overview of indications for SLNB
  • List the indications for SLNB for thin melanomas
  • Define indications for adjuvant treatment
  • Summarize treatment of stage III in transit disease
  • Identify the role of completion lymph node dissection for SLNB+melanoma
