Objectives:
The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge/competence, and upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Describe evidence basis for use of ECMO in respiratory failure
- Discuss predictors of survival in patients supported by ECMO for respiratory failure
- Demonstrate strategy for decision making in patient selection for respiratory ECMO
