Objectives:

- Discuss current limitations in reducing deaths from esophageal adenocarcinoma.
- Review the limitations of the current management of patients with Barrett's Esophagus.
- Summarize new innovation for endoscopic surveillance and risk stratification of Barrett's
Esophagus. - Discuss the current effectiveness of endoscopic eradication therapy and reasons for recurrence.
- Discuss the current status and innovation for screening for Esophageal cancer and BE.
