Coordinator enters Attendance in CME database from Sign In Sheet

First you will need to create a sign in sheet from your anticipated attendee list. To do so, go to My Activity Center > Manage Sessions > Reporting > Download Sign-In Sheet. Have your attendees sign in there.

Then we you are ready to input attendence into the CME database, follow these steps:

  • Ensure you are on the correct date
  • Click “Manage Session”
  • Then click “Attendance,” which will open a new window.

If your attendees were already pre-registered in the CME database, you just need to click “Check In” by the names of the attendees who were present

If they were not pre-registered in the CME database, you will need to add names to the list. Adding them also completes the Check In function for that session.

To add an attendee: Using search box at bottom of roster, type the name starting with their first name. If they are already in the CME database, it will show all available accounts that include the name(s) you entered. If the results do not include the person you are looking for, add one letter more to the name (Ie. x) and you will get an option to Add Person.

To adjust user credits once checked in: If you need to adjust the credit hours earned for any attendee, click the 3 stacked buttons to the right of their name and revise their credit.
