The "Pre-Session/Activity Checklist" can be found in your activity assignments in the CME database. This must be completed prior to the start of the session.
This checklist is to confirm you have completed the requirements.
- Sessions/topics created with faculty assigned
- Faculty disclosures are complete and current
- An Independent Reviewer was assigned, if needed
- All Industry (ineligible company) LOA's are signed prior to the activity/session
