Activity Cancellation Policy

In the event that your activity should cancel the request for CME accreditation within 7 days of the date of your approval notification, you will be charged 50% of the application fee amount.  If cancelled after 7 days of the notification, you will be responsible and invoiced for the full application fee and any other credits or expenses incurred.
