My Account

Q. Can I change my password?

A. Yes, after logging in go to Edit Profile and click the Change? link.

Q. Can I change my username?

A. No, your username is emailed to you upon creating an account. You can also retrieve it by clicking the Help me link

My Credits & Evaluations

Q. How do I access my certificates & transcript?

A. For transcripts: Login and click "My Credits & Evaluations" from the right-hand menu. Click the "PRINT TRANSCRIPT" button, then click "Submit" (Entering dates are optional)

For Certificates: Login and click "My Credits & Evaluations" from the right-hand menu. Locate the course you attended and click Complete Evaluation. Once the required evaluation is complete, the Print Certificate link will show in the same location.

Q. Where is the online course evaluation?

A. Login and click "My Credits & Evaluations" from the right-hand menu. Locate the course you attended and click Complete Evaluation. Complete all the questions and click Submit

Q. Where is the online course syllabus?

A. Login and click "My Credits & Evaluations" from the right-hand menu. Locate and click the title of the course, then click the "Online Syllabus" button. (Best viewed in Chrome or Firefox)

My Registrations

Q. Can I access my payment history & receipts?

A. Yes, Login and click My Registrations which is located under "My Account".

Q. Can I change my registration online after its been submitted?

A. No, to change or add to your registration please call the CME office at 314-362-6891.

Q. How do I register for a conference as an industry professional or representative (e.g. employees of pharmaceutical, device companies)?

A. Only over the phone, please call the CME office at 314-362-6891.
