Evaluations – Your Action is Required
Participants are required to complete an evaluation of the activity/session before credits can be released through the CME system. This evaluation must include the following 3 questions required by our accrediting body:
1. Did the course fulfill the stated objectives?
2. After taking this course, do you anticipate changing your patient care practices?
3. Was this course free from commercial bias?
You have 2 options listed below to choose from. Inform Cathy Sweeney (sweeneycathy@wustl.edu) of your selection.
Option 1: Use the 3 mandatory question version which attendees will complete when they enter our system to claim credits. If there are additional questions you would like attendees to answer, you may choose to send out a separate evaluation that you manage yourself (upload a final evaluation composite to your session/activity).
Option 2: Use the standard CME evaluation, which includes the 3 mandatory questions along with additional addressing satisfaction with the course, course materials, and speaker(s). If you use this system-generated evaluation, attendees will not need to complete a second evaluation when claiming their credits.
Note: In order for speaker ratings to be included on the evaluation, the coordinator must “Add Topic” and “Assign Speaker” through the Manage Session function.
